Recently, the 3rd National Engineering Project Management Conference of Investigation and Design Industry & Construction Project Management of China Exploration & Design Association & the 4th General Assembly of the General Contracting Branch & the Council (held every four terms of councils) were held in Beijing. Zhao Guoang, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Haisum led a team to attend the meeting and was elected Vice Chairman of the General Contracting Branch. 28 classic general contracting projects in the investigation and design industry were selected at the meeting. The projects that our company undertook won the honorary titles of Classic Projects, including Ferrero Food (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.’s production project of 30,000 tons of chocolate and candy, Lee & Man Group’s 400,000 tons of packaging paper production project in Houjiang Province, Vietnam, and Nike Sports (China) Co., Ltd.’s expansion of storage machine auxiliary room project, and they are recorded into the National Classic Project Case Collection of Engineering Project Management and General Contracting in the Investigation and Design Industry.
At the meeting, as a specially invited unit, our Project Manager of the Shanghai head office, Xu Gang, shared the Project Management Practice of Expansion of Storage Machine Auxiliary Room of Nike Sports (China) Co., Ltd. He introduced the overall situation of the Nike project in detail from the aspects of project management mode, project characteristics and complexity, and shared the core advantages of Haisum in the field of project management. The keynote speech was widely concerned and discussed by the guests at the conference, which laid a foundation for improving the company’s influence and attention in the industry.
In the future, Haisum will take this as a new starting point, make persistent efforts, actively practice the business philosophy of “taking customers as the center and taking innovation as the motivation”, and further improve the business innovation and project management and control ability, so as to provide an inexhaustible power for the high-quality development of the company.
